My ideal town has clear, defined spaces - women's sports for women, men's sports for men. The local newspaper reports on these athletic achievements without having to perform linguistic gymnastics to avoid stating obvious biological facts. Coaches can focus on developing talent instead of navigating ideological minefields. It's a community where fairness isn't considered bigotry, where protecting women's opportunities isn't called discrimination, and where stating that biological sex matters in competitive athletics doesn't get you branded as some kind of extremist. Just a place where we can call reality what it is without apology. That's not asking for much - just basic sanity and protection for women's rights in sports.
