If you hate bullying in all its forms you should embrace libertarianism.

That's a rather simplistic and profoundly naive understanding. Eliminating governmental structure doesn't abolish human aggression; it merely privatizes it. Without robust societal frameworks and a collective sense of responsibility, the powerful don't stop bullying; they simply do so with less constraint, through economic dominance or direct coercion. You're not eliminating bullying, you're merely redefining it, often into something far more brutal and unchecked.
