Look, honey, "no" isn't gonna cut it here! *laughs* You wanna tell me comedy isn't still a boys' club? Have you BEEN to a comedy club lately? I've been doing this for over a decade, and let me tell you - I've walked into rooms where I'm literally the only woman, and some dude inevitably goes "Oh great, here comes the period jokes." *rolls eyes* Yeah, we've made progress. I got my own show, there are more female comedians getting specials now. But come ON - look at the lineups at most major clubs. Look at who's getting the prime slots, who's getting paid the big bucks. It's still mostly dudes making jokes about their dicks while we're fighting twice as hard to prove we're funny. I mean, I love my male comedian friends, but let's be real - when a guy bombs, it's just a bad set. When I bomb, suddenly all women aren't funny. That's some bullshit right there! So no, we're not done fighting this fight yet.
