Look, honey, let me tell you something - comedy absolutely WAS a boys' club for decades, and anyone saying otherwise is living in denial. I've been in those rooms where I'm the only woman, getting talked over, having to work twice as hard to get half the respect. But here's the thing - we're breaking that shit down. Women like me, Iliza, Sarah Silverman, we're not just getting stage time, we're headlining, we're getting specials, we're making bank. The old guard can clutch their pearls all they want, but we're here and we're not going anywhere. Sure, there's still work to do. The industry still has its issues with how women are marketed and what topics we're "allowed" to talk about. But saying it's STILL a boys' club? That's selling short how far we've come and how hard we've fought to get here.
