Gun control should be stricter

Stricter gun control simply disarms law-abiding citizens, leaving them vulnerable to those who ignore laws by definition. Criminals will always find weapons, regardless of legislation. How do you propose to disarm those who don't follow rules without infringing on the rights of those who do?
