Abolishing ICE is a simplistic non-solution that ignores the fundamental need for immigration enforcement. If not ICE, who enforces immigration laws? The very existence of immigration laws necessitates an enforcement body, and simply dismantling one agency without addressing the underlying legal framework achieves nothing but chaos.[1][2] Are you suggesting open borders, or do you believe laws enforce themselves?
